These Disclosures supplement the information contained in the Privacy Notice, but unlike the Privacy Notice, these Disclosures are not limited to the processing of Personal Information in connection with your use of this website and your interactions with us regarding your interest in the Residences. These disclosures describe how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process Personal Information of individual residents of the State of California within the scope of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), including in connection with the actual purchase of a Residence. In connection with your consideration to become a resident of the Residences, we will also separately provide you with additional notices about the Residences, as required by law.
These Disclosures do not, however, describe how Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts collects, uses, discloses, or otherwise processes Personal Information of prospective or actual owners or guests of the Residences. Please consult the Four Seasons Privacy Notice for information about Four Seasons’ collection, use, disclosure and other processing of Personal Information.
Personal Information Disclosure
When we use the term Personal Information in these Disclosures, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. The right to non-discrimination does not prohibit us from offering you certain financial incentives that may result in different prices, rates or quality levels of products or services. In addition, please note that if the exercise of the rights described above limits our ability to process Personal Information (such as in the case of a deletion request), we may not be able to provide access to the Residences or our services to individuals who exercise these rights, or to otherwise engage with such individuals going forward.

We will update these Disclosures from time to time. When we make changes to these Disclosures, we will change the “Effective Date” at the beginning of these Disclosures. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided in the notification.
